Sessions last about 55 minutes. I meet with clients both in person (in Winston Salem, NC) or via a secure telehealth platform (for clients located in North and South Carolina).
Appointments are offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9 am and 6 pm.

Standard sessions are $195.

If I am not an in-network provider with your insurance, I offer out-of-network courtesy filing so you can be reimbursed for any services covered by your out-of-network health benefits.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please reach out via email or phone by 5 pm EST the day before your session. Cancellations after 5 pm EST the day prior and no shows will be charged $125. This fee is not covered by insurance.

How Do I Get Started?
Contact me to schedule a no-cost 20-minute discovery phone call, during which I’ll ask a bit about you and your counseling goals, as well as, share some information about myself and my practice. This call is not a counseling session, but rather a chance for us to make sure we’re a good fit for each other.
I want you to get what you need and deserve from counseling, so if we are not the right fit or my schedule is full I will make an effort to provide referral information.
